You’ll like this sneaky trick to burn fat and target your abs at the same time.

After all, dieting without at least a little exercise makes you squishy. Who wants to be smaller, but squishy? Squishy sounds gross.

Plus, when you use adrenaline in your exercise (which anyone can do at any age), you:

Ladder Finishers #10: Better Ladder than Never

Beginner Version
Do the following superset, resting as needed. In the first superset, you’ll do 1 rep of exercise 1. In the next superset, you’ll do 2 reps of exercise 1. Continue in this fashion until you complete 8 reps of exercise 1. You’ll do 10 reps of exercise 2 with EVERY superset. If you need a STANDING exercise for the X-Body Mountain Climber, you can do Chops.

Beginner Bodyweight Version
Do the following superset, resting as needed. In the first superset, you’ll do 1 rep of exercise 1. In the next superset, you’ll do 2 reps of exercise 1. Continue in this fashion until you complete 8 reps of exercise 1. You’ll do 10 reps of exercise 2 with EVERY superset.

Veteran Version
