I'm so happy you've gone the way of the podcasts. I need to tell you that you didn't disappoint me for my very first "rise and hustle". I have been following and using a lot of your suggestions and training for several years. I usually try them and use them but as usual life can get in the way. I think having a voice to go with the emails will add a spin of reality to them. This podcast really enlightened me on weight used to burn fat. Well worth a listen if you enjoy fitness and personal development but don't take it all too seriously. What I especially like is the way Mikey puts his points across within the context of real life. Don't let the spiritual episodes put you off - remember that there is a delete button and they are well intentioned.

I have followed Mike for years for fitness info. This podcast is a great addition to his books. All aspects of living a happier life are included: Spiritual, physical and personal. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone wanting to improve the quality of their life.

I subscribe to many health e-mails and Mike Whitfield's e-mails are the one's I read all the time. This podcast is as awesome as his e-mails very informative and genuine!

I've been following Mikey Pancakes for quite awhile. Entertaining, knowledgeable, and great tips.

Most of the approaches to fitness focus only on one aspect, maybe two, of fitness i.e. diet + exercise. This podcast takes into account the totality of the person and how all aspects of life affect our fitness, our body, mind, spirit, and soul.

Love the simplicity of the Quiet time Template. It's easy to remember the steps and life changing to do.

Although I first started following MW for fitness info, I love that he's branched out into personal and spiritual growth. He shares a lot of doable action steps. Highly recommend the podcast as well as daily emails.

I have purchased the Book and have found Mike's style easy to understand and down to earth. Like "The Kingdom of God" in scripture it is on hand, or I like to say "handy". The podcast only enhances the material in his book. Both informative and digestible.
