2 Back Exercises Without Equipment

If you’re not working your back because you don’t have any equipment, you’re in the right place.

After all, even if you DO lose weight but have poor posture, you’ll still look heavier.

And if you don’t take care of your back muscles NOW, you could end up with the “hunched over” look.

So, here’s a couple of exercises you can do ANYWHERE that not only burn calories, but also help you with your posture and over time, make you LOOK leaner. They should be part of your overall program if you don’t have equipment.

Exercise #1: The Bodyweight Row

2-4 sets of 10-15 reps gets the job done, depending on your fitness level.

Make sure you SQUEEZE those shoulder blades together!

Exercise #2: The Bodyweight Iron Cross

2-3 sets of 15 – 30 secs is what I recommend here.
